This Story realise you that overthinking is good or not ? ( 12/7/2020)

Nowadays overthinking has become a very big problem. We should stop it. See below picture which shows how our mind think too much. 





Before starting the story here below is another picture also. Which shows how we get tangled. What is the reality. 






So let's start the story. 
Once upon a time, there was a man who could break any lock like jail lock , the lock of vault and any high security lock etc . People used to shock that how did he do that ? He was so famous by his work. Then Once government has organised an event for him. His challenge was that he will be kept in the big  chamber and that chamber will be drowned in the swimming pool and will have to come out in 1 minute . If he could open the lock then he can come out but if not then he can accept his defeat by emergency ring that will be in the chamber  . In this way he accepted the challenge and went in the pool with chamber. He was full confident that he can open the lock and can come out. After that when he was on the water then he had a pointy  thing. He was trying to open it but he was unable to open. Every seconds was tuf for him because he felt suffocating . He tried a lot of time to open it but he couldn't. So unwillingly he took the  help of emergency ring and accepted his defeat. As chamber was coming out on the pool suddenly he saw the gate of chamber was already opened. Then he started thinking that why didn't it come in my mind. And he was very embarrassed.  Because of his overthinking he didn't think that it's gate was open and he accepted his defeat. 
 In this way we have learnt that when solution is very easy then our talent will never work because we are lost in our overthinking and   don't think to stay but sometimes it is ok to do nothing. So we should not think too much.

आजकल ओवरथिंकिंग एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या बन गई है। हमें इसे रोकना चाहिए। नीचे देखें तस्वीर जो दिखाती है कि हमारा मन कितना ज्यादा सोचता है।




नीचे कहानी शुरू करने से पहले एक और तस्वीर भी है। जिससे पता चलता है कि हम कैसे उलझ जाते हैं। हकीकत क्या है।




तो चलिए कहानी शुरू करते हैं।
एक बार, एक आदमी  था जो किसी भी ताले को तोड़ सकता था जैसे जेल का ताला, तिजोरी का ताला और कोई भी उच्च सुरक्षा का ताला आदि। लोग चौंकते थे कि उसने ऐसा कैसे किया? वह अपने काम से बहुत  प्रसिद्ध था। तब एक बार सरकार ने उनके लिए एक आयोजन किया। उनकी चुनौती थी कि उन्हें बड़े चैंबर में रखा जाएगा और वह चैंबर स्विमिंग पूल में डूब जाएगा और उसे 1 मिनट में बाहर आना होगा। यदि वह ताला खोल सकता है तो वह बाहर आ सकता है लेकिन यदि नहीं तो वह आपातकालीन रिंग द्वारा अपनी हार स्वीकार कर सकता है जो कि चैंबर  में होगी। इस तरह उन्होंने चुनौती स्वीकार की और चैम्बर के साथ पूल में गए। उन्हें पूरा भरोसा था कि वह ताला खोल सकते हैं और बाहर आ सकते हैं। उसके बाद जब वह पानी पर था तो उसके पास एक नुकीली  चीज थी। वह इसे खोलने की कोशिश कर रहा था लेकिन वह खोलने में असमर्थ था। हर सेकंड उसके लिए  कठिन था क्योंकि उसे घुटन महसूस होती थी। उन्होंने इसे खोलने के लिए बहुत समय की कोशिश की लेकिन वह नहीं कर सके। इसलिए अनिच्छा से उन्होंने आपातकालीन रिंग का सहारा लिया और अपनी हार स्वीकार कर ली। जैसे ही चैम्बर पूल से बाहर आ रहा था, उसने देखा कि चैम्बर का गेट पहले से ही खुला था। फिर वह सोचने लगा कि यह मेरे दिमाग में क्यों नहीं आया। और वह बहुत शर्मिंदा था। अपने ओवरथिंकिंग  के कारण उन्हें नहीं लगा कि यह गेट खुला है और उन्होंने अपनी हार स्वीकार कर ली। 
 इस तरह हमने सीखा कि,
जब समाधान बहुत आसान होता है, तो हमारी प्रतिभा कभी काम नहीं करेगी क्योंकि  हम अपनी ओवरथिंकिंग में खोए हुए होते है और ठहर के नहीं सोचते हैं लेकिन कभी-कभी कुछ भी नहीं करना ठीक है। इसलिए हमें बहुत ज्यादा नहीं सोचना चाहिए।
