When intelligence and hard work meet together then work is always good



Above picture shows the friendship of two friends. They are very hard working persons. So let's start the story.
 
Once upon a time, there were two friends named Amit and Anubhav. These friendship was very sure. After completing their education. They got the job together in company. One day they met in Cantine then amit said finally we got the job and we will do very hard work here also. Then after few years, because of our very hard work boss will be giving us the promotion and  they won't be refuse also. 
In this way while working a year passed and  now it was the time of promotion. So they were discussing that who will be promoted by the boss ?  Next week their boss arranged the meeting and according to the experience of work. He got promoted the Abhinav. But because of his boss decision amit was unhappy. Then next day he went to his Boss and said with anger that  sir I want to leave the job. Then boss asked why what happened? Amit said,  Abhinav and me came together in your company but you got promoted only him. I think you promoted same people who flatter you. Then boss said to amit, I know you have done a very hard work but not as much as you should. But still I am giving you a one chance to prove yourself. If you will succeed then I will give you a double salary and promotion also. Amit said all right. 
After that boss said go to market and tell how many people have shops of 🥭 mango. After sometime he came and said only one person was selling mango. Then again his boss said go and find the price of mango. After sometime he again came and said it's price was 50 rupee per kg. Boss said I will give same work to Amit. 
Boss called Abhinav and said go to market and tell how many people have shops of 🥭 mango. Abhinav goes and after sometime he also came and said only  one people was selling mango, it's price is 50 rupee per kg and he has only 60 kg mango. If we buy him all mangoes then shopkeeper is ready to give us  those mangoes in 40 rupee per kg. In this way we can get the profit.   When amit listened to the whole thing of Abhinav then He realises his mistake. 


Finally we have learnt that " while working we should use our intelligence also. When intelligence and hard work meet together then work is always good.

एक बार की बात है, अमित और अनुभव नाम के दो दोस्त थे। ये दोस्ती बहुत पक्की थी। अपनी शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद। उन्हें कंपनी में एक साथ काम मिला। एक दिन वे कैंटीन में मिले, तो अमित ने कहा कि आखिरकार हमें काम मिल गया है और हम यहाँ भी बहुत मेहनत करेंगे। फिर कुछ वर्षों के बाद,  हमारे बहुत मेहनत के कारण मालिक  हमें  पदोन्नति  दे रहे होंगे और वे हमें मना भी नहीं करेंगे।
इस तरह काम करते हुए एक साल बीत गया और अब प्रमोशन का समय था। तो वे इस बात पर चर्चा कर रहे थे कि बॉस द्वारा किसे प्रमोट किया जाएगा? अगले हफ्ते उनके बॉस ने बैठक की और काम के अनुभव के अनुसार  उन्होंने अभिनव को प्रमोट किया। लेकिन अपने बॉस के फैसले के कारण अमित दुखी था। फिर अगले दिन वह अपने बॉस के पास गया और गुस्से से बोला कि सर मैं नौकरी छोड़ना चाहता हूँ। फिर बॉस ने पूछा कि क्यों क्या हुआ? अमित ने कहा, अभिनव और मैं आपकी कंपनी में एक साथ आए थे, लेकिन आपने केवल उसे प्रमोशन दिया । मुझे लगता है कि आपने उन्हीं लोगों को  प्रमोशन  देते है जो आपकी चापलूसी करते हैं। तब बॉस ने कहा कि मैं जानता हूं कि तुमने बहुत मेहनत की है, लेकिन जितना तुम्हें  करना चाहिए  था उतना नहीं। लेकिन फिर भी मैं आपको खुद को साबित करने का एक मौका दे रहा हूं। अगर आप सफल होंगे तो मैं आपको दोगुना वेतन और पदोन्नति भी दूंगा। अमित ने कहा ठीक है।
उसके बाद बॉस ने कहा कि बाजार जाओ और बताओ कि कितने लोगों के पास  आम की दुकानें हैं। कुछ देर बाद उसने आकर कहा कि केवल एक व्यक्ति आम बेच रहा है। तब फिर से उसके मालिक ने कहा कि जाओ और आम के दाम  पता करो  । कुछ समय बाद वह फिर आया और कहा कि इसकी कीमत 50 रुपये प्रति किलो थी। बॉस ने कहा मैं अमित को भी वही काम दूंगा।
बॉस ने अभिनव को बुलाया और कहा कि बाजार जाओ और बताओ कि कितने लोगों के पास आम की दुकानें हैं। अभिनव जाता है और कुछ समय बाद वह भी आया और कहा कि केवल एक ही व्यक्ति आम बेच रहा है, इसकी कीमत 50 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम है और उसके पास केवल 60 किलो आम है। अगर हम  उससे आम खरीदेंगे तो दुकानदार हमें उन आमों को 40 रुपये प्रति किलो में देने के लिए तैयार है। इस तरह हम लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। जब अभिनव ने पूरी बात सुनी तो उसे अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआ।


अंत में हमने सीखा है कि "काम करते समय हमें अपनी बुद्धिमत्ता का भी उपयोग करना चाहिए। जब ​​बुद्धिमत्ता और मेहनत एक साथ मिलते हैं तो काम हमेशा अच्छा होता है।
